The New Age – Some Problems

I have been around the edges of various new age groups on and off over the last 20 years or so. The most obvious problem to my eyes might be the grey hair problem. I rarely encountered younger people and the web design and quotation style approach is probably not appealing to the younger generation.  It looks a bit dated. This is related to what I call the tea and cucumber sandwich problem. I visited a Theosophy group and it was very much like a quaint English vicar’s tea party of a summer day. At the time I was a Marlboro and Stella sort of person. We were not on the same wavelength though we shared an interest.

In my view an approach to the teachings needs modernising and getting away from child of Arcane school approach.

If you look at the blue books opus and have the stamina to read Blavatsky there is a lot of information which is not strictly related to evolution and soul infusion. It could be significantly pared back.

I am pretty sure that the percentage of bone fide scientists in these movements is low. The incoming ray seven is the ray of synthesis which is much more analytical than the outgoing ray of idealism-devotion.

The nomenclature of esotericism uses terms from exact sciences which immediately puts off anyone so trained. Since the Tibetan started the number and percentage of scientifically literate people in humanity has grown markedly. We still get dinosaurs like Trump and the vaccine conspiracy theorists.

If the New Age is to dawn {eventually} old terminology must change. Astrology is a big turn off for some.

The biggest problem is the addiction to image-illusion. The smartphone with high resolution video cameras and so-called “social” media is a huge distraction. There will be some who feel a spiritual calling. There is a lot of noise and behaviour to get past. Image is not reality, though people expend effort on image and branding. Image is imaginary and not real. To get past the image/brand hype will not be facile.

To suggest to someone prone to immediacy that they need to commit to decades of meditation is not a vote winner.

When I was a gob-shite young man ~30 years of age with ~20 scientific papers I asserted that science could explain everything. I was adamant. I even said this to a dealer on a beach in Negril. He told me that I did not believe what I had said. He was right. Many scientists do not feel the need for religion, there is enough awe already in the scientific universe. The images of nebulae are stunning for example.

There are a lot of nice lower level spiritual practices which are life enhancing and uplifting, there is lot of fashion and trend. These may sate and trap people on the Odyssean Island of the lotus eaters.

It seems to me that the esoteric psychology made more abstract is the way to attract people. It is reasonably logical. There is apparently a growing mental health problem. This suggests to me that many minds are rejecting the modern way of life, its pressures and mores. This might be the way of least resistance.

Perhaps I might ponder on this.

Is there a way to really strip this back without losing too much?

Is there aways to verbalize higher mind to buddhi?

The Problem of Fifth Ray – Concrete Mind

In his blue print for the future schools Kuhl mentions that ideally the educational personnel should be as capable as those at a modern university. Since his offerings the university sector has undergone a massive expansion. Modern science has exploded and expanded at a tremendous rate. It is no longer possible for any human mind to encompass all the knowledge.

I fit the educational criterion or at least I once did.

The use of fifth ray concrete mind to expand science / technology in a kaizen or step wise manner has proven remarkably successful, perhaps at the cost of more intuitional thinking, intuiting. The mantra of factory like metrics is embedded deep. One has to “promise” what one might find and its commercial impact before funding is given. There must be concrete measurable and success criteria. It is perhaps a tad OCD and anal.

Kuhl imagined that all would need to learn science as part of their education. I’ll generalise but your average fourth or sixth ray type is prejudiced against those “nasty” fifth ray types. They would not be keen on university level thermodynamics.

Those of a fifth ray orientation do not like fluffy bunny woolly crystal feeling astrologers. They want hard facts not metaphor and allegory

Both of these groups are set, a little like concrete, in their ways.

I am perhaps more bilingual than most.

In a sense “science” in its technological flavour has become the new God. Anything outside its creed and gospel is not welcome and prone to ridicule.

The Kurukshetra is this fifth ray and getting past mid-high concrete mind into intuitional or buddhic levels.

The Future Schools of Meditation

Over a century ago the Tibetan outlined a “plan” for the future schools of meditation.

It is well known that “no plan survives first contact”.

I was involved in a new age group at the turn of the millennium we met for retreats initially in Wales and later in Scotland. I am aware of other experiments in the antipodes and Scandinavia.

September 28th, 1920

Today our second point comes up for consideration, and we shall in the elucidation of it enter into the realms of prophecy. I would here point out to you that the thing which is indicated as existing in the future may not always work out in detail as foreseen. I but seek to lay before you the big general plan in its outline. The working out in the future will depend upon the intuition or high perception of the thinkers of the race and upon the ability of the incarnating jivas to seize upon the opportunities and fulfil their destiny.

We touched yesterday upon the one fundamental school with its four branches. Today I would take up:

2. The National Subdivisions of the One School

At the outset I would point out to you that not every nation in the world will have its occult school. Only as the causal body of the national group has reached a certain rate of vibration will it be possible to found and institute these schools. Only as the educational work of the nation has reached a certain height will it be possible to use the mental equipment of the nation as a stepping stone for further expansion, and to use it as a basis for the occult school. And, curiously enough, only those nations which originally had a training school for the mysteries (with three exceptions) will be again, during the earlier stages, permitted national schools.

  1. Great Britain.
  2. Canada and the United States.
  3. Australia.

And even these exceptions might be considered only one, the case of Australia, for the other two in Atlantean days had their occult foundations when they formed part of the earlier continent. In the turning of the wheel, earth itself reincarnates; places pass into pralaya and emerge into manifestation, holding within them the seeds that will eventuate in similar vibration, and bring into being again similar modes of expression, and similar forms.

It will be found later on, when the Occult Schools are founded, that they will be situated where some of the old magnetism yet lingers, and where in some cases certain old talismans have been kept by the Brotherhood with just this aim in view.

Branches, affiliated with one of the four central divisions of the one occult foundation, will be found in the following countries:

  1. Egypt. This will be one of the later schools founded and will be profoundly occult and an advanced school in direct communication with the inner grades. This will be touched upon later.
  2. The United States will have a preparatory school somewhere in the southern part of the Middle West, and an extensive occult college in California in a place later to be revealed. This school will be one of the first started when the Great Lord begins His earthly career, and during the next five years the seeds of it may be laid if students rightly apprehend the work to be done.
  3. There will be one school for the Latin countries, probably in Italy or Southern France, but much depends on the political and educational work of the next ten years.
  4. Great Britain. At one of the magnetized spots in either Scotland or Wales, a branch for occult training will be begun before so very long, which will lay the foundation and embrace the curriculum for the earlier grades. After it has been in existence for a few years and has proved the effectiveness of its training, and after troubled Ireland has adjusted her internal problems, a school for the more advanced grades, and for definite preparation for the mysteries will be started in Ireland at one of the magnetized spots there to be found. This school will be very definitely a school where preparation for a major initiation may be taken, and will be under the eye of the Bodhisattva, preparing the pupil for initiation upon the second ray. The first school in Egypt will be for those who take initiation on the first ray in the occident.
    Those who take initiation on the line of the Mahachohan, or on the third ray, will take it at the advanced occult school in Italy. In this way the occident will have its center where active instruction may be given according to the three lines of approach, and which will give preparation in the inner mysteries.
  5. A preparatory occult school will be found, too, in Sweden, for those of the northern and German races who seek the Path, and when it has been extant for some time Russia may then be in a position to house the headquarters for the more advanced school affiliated to the preparatory one in Sweden. In connection with the Egyptian advanced school will be a preparatory one in Greece or in Syria.

You have, therefore, the following schools as planned, and must bear in mind that the schools wherein the preparatory work and earlier grades are found will be first in order of time, and are in process of founding now, or will be founded during the period immediately preceding the Coming of the Great Lord. The founding of others will be definitely the outcome of His work, and that of His Masters, and will depend upon Their decision as to the success of the earlier endeavor.

Climate Change and the Atlantis Metaphor

Humans not only create Gods in their own image but Aliens too. Gods and Aliens can also be extrapolations of other known terrestrial lifeforms, animals. We project our ideas onto other putative forms. We imagine life will comply with the biochemical norms of that extant currently on our planet. We look in an astro-biological sense for water, Carbon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Oxygen. These are said to be the building blocks of life. Higher living things are a bag of water with some form of skeleton which reproduces sexually via internal womb like development or by means of eggs. We look for life perhaps in the so called goldilocks zone on a planet near a star. Life we imagine must be corporeal and Carbon based, we are prejudiced against Silicon. We cannot imagine a lifeform in absence of a body yet we may “believe” in God.

We do not know if this is the first and only universe or if we are in universe 2.0. We do not understand why there is so much matter and not antimatter. We do not know what dark matter and dark energy are. These are fundamental gaps in knowledge. There are things beyond our ken. We can be very arrogant and adamant.

We assert that there has never been an Atlantis despite the prevalence of deluge and inundation myths in most cultures. Nobody has ever found an Atlantean skeleton. We know less about the depths of the ocean than we do the moon.

In esoterica the kingdom of Atlantis was very highly advanced. The golden days were under the guidance of the Toltec adepts. The Atlanteans started increasingly to engage in depravity and no longer followed the “good law”. This caused its demise and disappearance below the sea. Sorcery, perverse sexual activities and evil power over practices were widespread and brought about downfall. Atlantis called forth its own submersion and destruction.

If I was emigrating from a sinking Atlantis, I would seek high ground. I might head for the Tibetan plateau.

If you look on the internet it is not a big extrapolation to say that sexual gluttony and perversions have become normalised. My generation is perhaps among the last to have grown up without smartphones and access to on line pornography in all its shades. Modern mores would seem depraved to my parents even though they had the swinging sixties. Things have taken a dark turn. The gender “debate” is not about biology. It is not filled with light and luminosity.

One could speculate that we need a cleansing flood and a reset for humanity. Perhaps we are due a mass extinction / dis-incarnation event. We could argue that by trying to fight climate change we are resisting a fully natural phenomenon in that humanity brings about its own downfall and disaster. The planet needs rid of us human-locusts and a chance to recover from us and heal itself. We are only trying to put off the inevitable…

The solution to global warming is a widespread nuclear winter. This is perhaps more likely than inundation.

Some of the floods around the world recently have been truly biblical. Things will probably ramp up even further. People moan that the government doesn’t help enough yet forget that our behaviours and lifestyle is causal of global warming.

The United Nations formed out of the brutal forge of the 1914-1945 war is losing its relevance and significance. The days of “enlightened” internationalism are splintering into nationalist popularism. The cult of the personality is again on the rise and right wing politics resurgent. Force is preferred over diplomacy.

The metaphor of Atlantis sinking under the weight of its own karma grows ever more apt….

Are we doing Groundhog Day on a planetary scale?

Beyond Your/our Ken?

When Israel launched its revenge attack on Gaza last year, I predicted that maybe 2% of the Gazan population would be killed and this figure has already been surpassed. There have been more that 5% injured. Apparently, this kind of slaughter is “allowable” without much adverse comment to the contrary by western leaders. 7% of the population killed or injured does not meet the criterion of genocide, according to some.

If not, what does?

If you would have asked me five years ago if this kind of slaughter could happen in our times, I would have said no because it was beyond my ken that a highly armed power would be allowed to kick the living shit out of an impoverished and nearly defenceless neighbour. The giant kills the minnow, the bully beats up the unpopular geek who dared to answer back.

It looks like Putin is winning the war of attrition in Ukraine. They are running out of men to draft. The Russians know attrition better than any – Stalingrad.

As the year draws to a close, I am not optimistic for 2025.

The paradigm of governmental borrowing to finance public expenditure is looking ever shakier. Living on tick is not a great idea. Several countries like Zambia, Argentina, Bhutan, Japan, Greece, Sudan, USA and UK have national debt in excess of GDP. {IMF sourced} France too.

The populations in Europe and parts of Asia age and the demographic time bomb of too few children per woman is ticking ominously. There simply is not enough money to sustain our current ways of life.

People want popular policies to get into power, but there ain’t the dosh. Harsh decisions are avoided and put off. It seems humanity is very blinkered.

Orange-boi is mooting a trade war, his credit rating is probably worse than China’s. He has caused several of his own businesses to fail, six bankruptcies. I am not sure that these wars are a good idea and I do not trust his judgement. I understand that he may like chaos.

USA GDP is ~30,000 billion, current account balance is about 1000 billion in the red. There could be a cash flow problem for them. It is paying around 3% of GDP in interest close to 1000 billion dollars. Government revenue is ~ 10,000 billion dollars per year, government expenditure ~ 11,000 billion dollars. That is a 1000 billion overspend.

UK GDP is about 3500 billion dollars and current account balance is overdrawn by ~ 100 billion dollars.

These figures are beyond my ken. 100 billion in aid to Ukraine from USA does not seem to much but it is ~1% of revenue.

I am not sure that loan financing for vanity projects is a good idea.

Cash flow problems are difficult to solve and markets are very jittery.

When things move too far from equilibrium anharmonic behaviour sets in and some non-linearities come into effect. What these may be is beyond our ken. A downgrade in credit rating means more expensive borrowing which if funded by more borrowing is not a virtuous circle.

A number of key figures are exhibiting flakiness Yoon Sook Yeol and Macron with his unneeded elections. There are a lot of instabilities. Where is Merkel when you need her?

My pet theory is that because of increased climate change induced “disasters” household and auto insurance will increase substantially and may become prohibitively expensive. Ours has gone up by governmental decree! Because of insurance costs, places will become inhabitable which will raise house prices elsewhere. People have already mooted that the French might move North to places with a milder oceanic climate like Brittany.

Governments already straining financially will increasingly struggle to mitigate and clean up. The blame game will be played when everyone is not ready to take responsibility and make the necessary adjustments to their life “style”. It might impede their Instagram story.

My gut feeling is that the shit must really hit the fan before people will even begin to countenance radical change.

The scale of what may lie ahead is beyond our ken. What people are doing is crossing their fingers and hoping for the best. There are climate change deniers who like the sound of their own voice.

The rule of thumb is that when you are in a hole it is best to stop digging. Hoping for the fairy godmother whilst buying some more semi-automatic assault rifles will not stop tornadoes or floods.

My guess is that humanity is heading for a really profound wake up call which will be beyond our current ken.

Shamballa – Tunnel – Trealaw – Prince William – Serpent of Wisdom Dream 05-12-2024

At around 4:50 AM having difficulty nodding off I started meditating building the Shamballa thought form starting by arriving at night. I then work on the outer chamber and then the inner chamber. I triangulate with the second ray masters. I then concentrate on building the inner chamber thought form from various points in the room. I can hold the form and bring it “back” with me into the bed. I managed to get a very good 3d full scale model thought form. I drift off. The first segment of dream ends at exactly 7:30 AM because I hear the central heating click on

I am travelling down a circular winding tunnel at tremendous speeds. The foreground is pitch black and the walls are stone-like as they rush by. There is no sense of corporeal just an awareness travelling. I sense that this tunnel pertains to time.

I am now in a much larger tunnel which I view through a grey night vision. I am travelling in a vehicle of some kind, a car. Ahead of me on the road is a white van. The tunnel twists and turns. I know that it is meant to be one way only. There will be no oncoming traffic. There does not seem to be room to pass. The van senses my desire to overtake. So, he pulls over as close to the walls as he can. I start to overtake and there is a rush to make it before the next bend. I just squeeze by. I flash my hazards to thank the van driver. I continue to hurtle through the tunnel.

 I am now at my grandfather’s house in Trealaw Road. M and J are there as somewhere, is nan. M is working in the upstairs bathroom which was not there in real life. She is working on a blocked toilet which has no seat, and it is full. She goes over and breaks a joint in the supply plumbing. Water gushes everywhere. She manages to find the stop cock. She is unwilling to accept my help. I know that there is another blocked toilet on the raised patio in the garden. It is open plan and without a seat. I ask her if I should use my plumber’s rods to unblock it. She does not want me to do this yet.

The scene changes and I am jumping down onto a triangular raft like boat not much bigger than one of our armchairs. It is a clumsy construction of twigs held together by straw. It starts to leave the bank. I reach out and pull the boat back to the bank. On the other side of the river in a garden is Debs. She is behind a wire fence that has a hessian panel occluding ~80% of the fence. She is huge and menacing and she is verbally threatening to destroy me. She comes close to the fence and sees me. She relaxes and attains her normal size. I see on the raft a triangle of blue medical capsules ~ 20 in number but in a very neat triangle. As I move to get off the boat and back on dry land the capsules fall through a gap in the raft into the water.

I am now back in Trealaw and start to work on the outside toilet. Using a plunger I unblock the outside toilet with ease. I go back into the house, there is a sense of expectation. I hear a knock on the door and there kneeling tying a shoelace is Prince William. I say welcome. I say that I suppose I should bow. I do this and he inspects the top of my head. He jokes that I have a little more hair there than he. He stands up and I say, “welcome William come in.” He says that it is nice to be treated the same way that he is treated in the unit. He goes upstairs.

I see everyone else on the floor pointing firearms up to the street and the gap between the terraces. I say to my father that I had better have a weapon. He hands me a UK electricity distribution board with four sockets. I put this to one side and pick up a black assault rifle with a telescopic sight. I kneel down and look out back towards the garden and the gap in the wall. I see a number of people in UK army fatigues. I call William to have a look and ask him who they are. I hand him the rifle and he looks down the sight. “I recognize those two, they are my royal close protection cover. It is they who have surrounded the building.” Everyone relaxes.

I wake and hear the central heating. It is 7:30 AM. I decide to go back into the dream to check the ordering of the dream.

I arrive at the outdoor toilet. I look into the pan and can see the tail of a snake. I reach into the toilet and gently grasp the tail of the snake. I start pulling and the snake comes willingly with my left hand. It coils a little around my left arm. I continue to pull and more of the snake’s body comes out. I reach down with my right arm to support the snake’s body as it comes out. I walk backwards a bit and ease the snake’s body down to the ground. The snake is ~3-4metres long and in part as thick as my thigh. It is a lustrous dark vibrant green, shiny. On its head are yellow-orange-brown markings a bit like cheekbones. It tastes the air with its forked tongue. We are at peace and relaxed in each other’s company. I know this snake to be the serpent of wisdom. It is he who has been blocking the toilets.

Mistaken Identity – Jersey Arms – Dream 04-12-24

Here is this morning’s dream after an unsettled night in which I came downstairs twice, once for biscuits and milk and then ~4 AM for some Rennies. This dream is from ~5 AM.

The dream starts in a communal office on an elevated floor in London. I am at an institution of education which is being visited by some dignitaries. There is a special meal put on for all the staff.

I have brought some broad beans and green beans from our garden to give to a colleague of mine. I say to him that I will put them in some water to soak so that they are good for him to take home. I make my way to the kitchenette area and fill a glass bowl with water. I place the beans in the bowl and go back to the office. I put the beans on his desk.

In walks a large boisterous woman with a small entourage. She is the head of department. She asks who is going to celebratory lunch given that everyone is invited. A number of people raise their hands. She turns to me. I explain that it is extremely unlikely that I would have subscribed to the invite list so I will not be going. They head off.

I am quite happy to go off campus to buy some lunch items.

The setting changes and I am in a wood approaching a gap in a dry-stone wall. Coming in the opposite direction is a taller version of Helen L. She is much younger than she would be now. In the dream I know her to be a Southerly Dreamer (she was assigned 19).  As I pass her, I say that there has been a mistake and that I have the same predilection as her, namely south. This brings an inordinate amount of joy. She smiles and we pass through the gap in the wall.

The scene is back in the office, and I make my way through the building to the staircase which leads down into the atrium and by passing through that out of the campus and into London. On the stairs I see a woman a bit younger than me coming up. She has a fluffy beige-brown jacket on. She has light brown/blonde wavy hair and is heavily made up with bright red lip-stick. She says that I remind her of Ant and Dec, a sort of collage. She says that we were getting on famously, implied snogging, in The Jersey Arms the other night. I say that I have no recollection. She insists that it is me. I say that I have never been to The Jersey Arms and that there is no such pub nearby. We cross each other on the stairs, both confused.

I am back in the office starting my foray for lunch again. I head towards the stairs. Now the clearance between the stairs and the ceiling is small. I have to lean very far back to descend. As I turn the corner onto a more open part of the stairs the same woman is there. She is similarly dressed. Again, she insists that we were getting it on and having a great time at The Jersey Arms. I say to the best of my knowledge I have never been to The Jersey Arms. She says that she will show the pub to me.

We leave and exit the campus into South Kensington. We walk down some of the grand streets which are being repaired and come to a sort of square around which are shops. I joke that I will probably be on CCTV. In the corner of the square is a tiny pub front with a sign saying The Jersey Arms. I know 100% that I have never seen that pub before nor been in it and that the woman has mistaken my identity. I do not recognise her.

Dream ends

On waking I put “Jersey Arms” into google and it comes up with multiple results for a pub in Middleton Stoney near Bicester. There are no Jersey Arms in Kensington

“Quantum entanglement is the phenomenon of a group of particles being generated, interacting, or sharing spatial proximity in such a way that the quantum state of each particle of the group cannot be described independently of the state of the others, including when the particles are separated by a large distance. The topic of quantum entanglement is at the heart of the disparity between classical and quantum physics: entanglement is a primary feature of quantum mechanics not present in classical mechanics.

Measurements of physical properties such as position, momentum, spin, and polarization performed on entangled particles can, in some cases, be found to be perfectly correlated. For example, if a pair of entangled particles is generated such that their total spin is known to be zero, and one particle is found to have clockwise spin on a first axis, then the spin of the other particle, measured on the same axis, is found to be anticlockwise. However, this behavior gives rise to seemingly paradoxical effects: any measurement of a particle’s properties results in an apparent and irreversible wave function collapse of that particle and changes the original quantum state. With entangled particles, such measurements affect the entangled system as a whole.”

We could say that the karma of two photons in an entangled photon pair is also entangled. Measurement of one photon collapses the wave function and establishes its karma, its fate which determines also the karma, the fate of the other photon. One of the pair photo-excites an electron in some material or other, when detected, the properties of the other photon such as polarisation are then fixed by the measurement. The entangled wave functions can be very nonlocal. The photons can have widely differing energies yet remain entangled at birth. They can be different colours. At annihilation or death of one photon the characteristics are created in the pair photon. The wave function collapse of the entangled state produces a phoenix like wave function no longer entangled in the surviving photon, an eigen function.

In principle something entangled here could have one half sent to a planet in the solar system of Sirius and remain entangled on the journey with its earthly twin. However, no one has managed to maintain a qubit coherence of 8.6 years the time needed to get there.

One can teleport the state of a part of an entangled pair, one can herald the arrival. There is all sorts of funky stuff. But people still like to invoke hidden variables to explain. There could be teleportation even heralding between here and the putative Sirian planet.

I don’t think I am overegging what physics suggests here. That is some quite far-fetched stuff.

If teleportation is possible then why not telepathy?

The generated thought form in one being read at a distance by another being. Experiments in this field are seen as pseudoscience.  People can look down their noses and go, “bah humbug”. The establishment is snooty and self-congratulatory. It is a club which has “rules” and peer pressure.

Psychiatry

The notion of telepathy is not dissimilar to three clinical concepts: delusions of thought insertion/removal and thought broadcasting. This similarity might explain how an individual might come to the conclusion that he or she were experiencing telepathy. Thought insertion/removal is a symptom of psychosis, particularly of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or substance-induced psychosis. Psychiatric patients who experience this symptom falsely believe that some of their thoughts are not their own and that others (e.g., other people, aliens, demons or fallen angels, or conspiring intelligence agencies, or artificial intelligences) are putting thoughts into their minds (thought insertion). Some patients feel as if thoughts are being taken out of their minds or deleted (thought removal). Schizophrenic patients suffering from the form of alleged telepathy known as thought broadcasting believe that their private thoughts are being broadcast to other people against their informed consent. Along with other symptoms of psychosis, delusions of thought insertion may be reduced by antipsychotic medication. Psychiatrists and clinical psychologists believe and empirical findings support the idea that people with schizotypy and schizotypal personality disorder are particularly likely to believe in telepathy.

Scepticism is largely self-fulfilling. If you believe something is not possible before experimenting you already have confirmation bias. Just as some people are overly wishful and want to believe, others are as biased in not wanting to believe. One could argue that neither is objective.

Unless you have meditated extensively it is likely that the background noise in your perceptual instrument “mind” is high. Synapses will be firing and your internal dialogue chuntering away. The signal to noise ratio of your mind will be poor. Tiny signals will get lost in the noise. If you cool your mind to 77K or below the dark current will dramatically reduce and you will be able to detect tinier signals.

Even were I still employed at a university I will speculate that the chances of getting a research grant funded to look into telepathy would be vanishingly small. I would have better luck, perhaps with the CIA or FSB. Think for a moment.

Were one to discover and enable telepathy it would be an utter game changer. The impact would be more far reaching than smartphones in time. The mobile phone manufacturers would want it suppressed ASAP.

It is my opinion that research in telepathy might be aimed at advanced meditators.

It is suggested that the many of the blue books opus is the result of telepathic interplay. Nobody can verify post hoc. Even if you don’t believe them one has to accept that it is an opus a big internally self-consistent body of work.

Telepathic rapport is mooted as being a faculty of the evolving humanity in the incoming new age. People might have to get used to spukhafte Fernwirkung or spooky long distance effects.

In the previous post a brief outline of one of the paths of higher evolution available to the master who has “taken” or “called forth” the fifth initiation. The master is offered for due and careful consideration seven paths. He must decide upon which path to take and prepare to transfer fully onto that path at the eighth initiation which aside from the path of Earth service will take “him” away from any further planetary incarnation or work here. At this stage there is no gender so pronoun use is inappropriate, but because of the language limitation must suffice.

Material plane science cannot envisage travelling to Sirius at the present time. We have not even been to Mars yet. Sirius is ~8.6 light years away.

The star is designated α Canis Majoris, Latinized to Alpha Canis Majoris, and abbreviated α CMa or Alpha CMa. In that year, Sirius will come to within 1.6 degrees of the south celestial pole. This is due to axial precession and proper motion of Sirius itself which moves slowly in the SSW direction, so it will be visible from the southern hemisphere only. After that time, its distance will begin to increase, and it will become fainter, but it will continue to be the brightest star in the Earth’s night sky for approximately the next 210,000 years, at which point Vega, another A-type star that is intrinsically more luminous than Sirius, becomes the brightest star.”

Very few scientists would buy the notion of “going” to Sirius. In the Dune books Arrakis has two suns. So, we might speculate that a planet rather than in a star is where people travelling might arrive. Nothing made of matter can make that journey because matter cannot travel past or close to the speed of light. Something immaterial might.

In the blue books opus, the Tibetan moots that souls or reincarnating jivas from off planet are incarnated here in human form. They are to all intents and purposes humans, some of these entered planetary evolution from Sirius, such a being might be going home, no phone call needed.

This means in a sense “aliens” are amongst us, they are not the lizards mentioned elsewhere.

There are something like 40,000 scientologists some of whom are very wealthy and powerful.

The blue books suggest souls of planetary origin and some off world, the former outnumber the later.

The soul or reincarnating Jiva is quasi-immortal incarnating multiple times but the causal vehicle is destroyed at the fourth initiation, after that there is no requirement for rebirth. Liberation has occurred

There are exhortations in some works to remember, that is put back together, the home world and the arrival here.

If I said I came here 18 million years ago from Sirius.

I doubt most scientists would buy this and poppycock might be the knee herk response followed by mocking. They would say that humans, as we know them, were not around that long ago, being fixated on the 21st century notion of what a skeletal human being is. To envisage an entirely different being encapsulating a reincarnating proto-human soul or Jiva early in its own evolutionary path seems way too far-fetched.

Esoterica mentions Lemuria and Atlantis. Because no geological or archaeological evidence has been found for these if I said that I can remember Atlantis many of my former colleagues might imagine over use of the old whacky baccy and that I have become as mad as a box of frogs. Everyone takes everything literally and verbatim and forgets use of metaphor and allegory.

There are loads of things seemingly anathema to modern science in esoterica. Modern science demands proof. That proof must conform to the accepted current scientific methodology. Fifty years ago, nobody had measured a gravitational wave, far out man.

In the opus the master is contained in atmic and buddhis consciousness which transcends matter. If true this cannot be proven by instruments based upon electromagnetic interactions. We usually detect by generating and counting electrons. The scientist might seek a definition of buddhic. Maybe we need to get the Ouija board out and talk with Siddartha Gautama.

Scientists are not overly keen on Astrology and Zodiac

If the new age is to find purchase as discussed in the opus modern scientists are potentially a huge barrier, a massive activation energy to overcome, a veritable Everest of scepticism.

Cosmic Paths – Path IV. The Path to Sirius

This path is of all the Paths the most veiled in the clouds of mystery. The reason for this mystery will only be apparent to the pledged initiate, though a clue to the secret may be gained if it is realized that in a peculiar and esoteric sense the sun Sirius and the Pleiades hold a close relation to each other. It is a relation analogous to that which lower mind holds to higher mind. The lower is receptive to, or negatively polarized to the higher. Sirius is the seat of higher mind and mahat (as it is called, or universal mind) sweeps into manifestation in our solar system through the channel of the Pleiades. It is almost as if a great triangle of mahatic energy was thus formed. Sirius transmits energy to our solar system via that

“…sevenfold brooding Mother, the silver constellation, whose voice is as a tinkling bell, and whose feet pass lightly o’er the radiant path between our worlds and hers.”

Within the solar system there is an interesting correspondence to this cosmic interplay in the relation between the Venus scheme, our Earth scheme and the Venus chain in our scheme.

Curiously enough it will be through a comprehension of the human antahkarana, or the path which links higher and lower mind and which is constructed by the Thinker during the process of evolution, that light on this abstruse matter will come. There is (in connection with our planetary Logos) just such an antahkarana, and as He builds and constructs it, it forms part of the fourth Path, and permits the passage of the bulk of our humanity to this distant objective, and this without obstruction. A clue to the nature of this Path and as to the reason why so many of the human Monads seek this particular stream of energy lies in the right understanding of the above suggestion.

The initiates who tread this way are primarily those of the fourth and the sixth order. As earlier pointed out, this is the Path that the “lords of compassion” most frequently follow, and at this time the Egyptian Master and the Master Jesus are preparing Themselves to tread it. The mystics of the Occident who have come into incarnation during the past one thousand years are a peculiar group of Egos whose impulse is towards this type of cosmic energy. In this system they have developed certain basic recognitions and the “ecstasy” of the occidental mystic is the germ, latent within him, which will some day flower forth into that cosmic rapture for which we have as yet no name.

Cosmic rapture and rhythmic bliss are the attributes of the fourth path. It is a form of identification which is divorced from consciousness altogether. The reason also why the majority of the sons of men follow this Path lies in the fact of its numerical position. These units of the fourth kingdom, the bulk of the fourth Creative Hierarchy on this fourth globe of the fourth scheme in a solar system of the fourth order are innately compelled to seek this fourth WAY in order to perfect themselves. They are called the “blissful dancing points of fanatical devotion.” This is as near as we can get to the true description. They have also been described as the “revolving wheels which turn upon themselves, and find the open door to perfect bliss.”

The energy of Path IV reaches us from Sirius via the Sun. This must be understood as a blind behind which one of the signs of the zodiac veils itself.

The hierarchies concerned with this specific type of cosmic force hide themselves under the numbers fourteen and seventeen. This will serve as a complete blind to the average reader, but will carry to the pledged chela the hint needed to produce illumination.

The method whereby the adept fits himself to pass upon this path is termed that of duplex rotary motion and “rhythmic dancing upon the square.”

The symbol, which is first given to the pledged disciple to study but which may, however, be described, is a duality of interlocked wheels revolving at a great pace in opposite directions, and producing a unified whole. These wheels are portrayed as manifesting electric blue flame, rotating and revolving with great rapidity around an equal-armed Cross. The Cross is pictured in orange fire with a deep emerald green circle, flaming at the point in the center where the four arms of the Cross meet. The symbolism of these colors links this fourth path to the solar system preceding this one. In that system the Sirian influence was more potent than in the present one.

It is not possible to add more to this beyond pointing out that the quality gained by the adept who treads this path may not be revealed. He comes under the concentrated influence of the energy which is identified with the planetary antahkarana. It is not permitted, therefore, to state what its specific quality may be, as it would convey too much information to the intelligent reader as to the nature and the objective of our particular planetary Logos.

PATH IV. THE PATH TO SIRIUS

  • Attributes – cosmic rapture and rhythmic bliss.
  • Source – Sirius via the Sun which veils a zodiacal sign.
  • Hierarchy – veiled by the numbers 14 and 17.
  • Method – duplex rotary motion and rhythmic dancing upon the square.
  • Symbol – two wheels of electric fire, revolving around an orange Cross, with an emerald at the center.
  • Quality – unrevealed.
