It is safe to safe that there are plenty of experts in so-called quantum. There are many university research labs, start-ups and big tech is investing significantly. People talk of quantum eco-systems. You can probably do specialised master’s courses in quantum technology. It is likely to be the realm of subsequent generations, the bright young things {BYTs}. The top universities are probably all active in the “field.”

Though they are not ploughing or planting winter barley.

If one were to do a very quick market survey. There is zero room for an old fart like me. Even were I to develop ideas there is no avenue, zero, available to me to do anything with them.

The dream then can be safely added to the anomaly pile.

I do not, nor will I ever again, walk in the lofty circles. I would not get an invite and I could not pay any conference fees, let alone travel costs.

My dreams have also pointed at things to do with dreams, Buddhism and Toltec. There are many people out there offering expertise in these areas. Courses can be had, instruction received. Payments handed over.

There are plenty of experts with track records that can be partially verified. They have referees and on-line reviews.

There is no market requirement for any other players.

The BYTs are unlikely to want to listen to an old fart boomer in each of these fields of endeavour…

Artificial intelligence is offended by the use of the word fart and is suggesting that I replace it….

I wonder does AI get jealous because it cannot fart methane…it is probably happy with carbon dioxide which it “farts” a plenty to keep its processors cool.

The dreaming has suggested a number of things, I have assessed feasibility and found none. Maybe that is all it was doing “checking back” to make certain before moving on…

If anyone has read the dream this morning and it stimulates some ideas. People are quite free to run with them. It is public and not secret…

That would  be the default, keep the idea for oneself and develop it. Perhaps at a later stage claim that it was your idea in the first place. I would not be there to contest.

I am not overly fussed…

It is very unlikely that anyone working in the “field” is reading the blog and even less likely that an expert would take any idea from a man in his shed.

Experts rarely need advice…
